Hull Truck produces and presents great artistic adventures in our theatre, our community and out on tour. We are a flagship for our region and a welcoming home for our communities. We provide the resources, space and support to grow people and ideas. We tell incredible human stories with a strong northern voice which are relevant to our audiences, presenting each project to the highest artistic standards.
This is an exciting time for us, with a new executive team and the start of the build up to City of Culture 2017. It is perfect timing for a Fellow to join us in our journey. We pride ourselves on growing people and ideas and offering new opportunities and welcome our Fellow to play a meaningful part in the organisation’s growth and development.
Hull Truck was key to the City winning the City of Culture bid and will take a lead role in the planning and delivery of 2017. The theatre will drive the city’s drama programme and open up a number of new exciting partnerships and opportunities.
Whilst Hull Truck has had some success in building raised income, it is clear that successful increased fundraising to support revenue activity from individuals, Trusts & Foundations and Businesses is ever more crucial in the years ahead.
Our Fellow will help us achieve in a number of ways, including building new networks, connecting directly with businesses and rebuilding our Director’s Club; researching, restructuring and re-energise our Friends programme; and will contribute to achieving our ambition to increase significantly Trusts and Foundation support for our Education programme.
We are a small, ambitious and highly motivated team committed to sharing skills and opportunities cross-departmentally to enable our Fellow to acquire a wealth of experience and knowledge during this landmark moment for the Company.
