The Fundraising Culture Change programme is a tailored training and consultancy package led by Michelle Wright, CEO of Cause4. It is for arts and cultural organisations in England undergoing substantial change, to inspire improved leadership and team working towards the shared goal of increasing fundraising and income generation.
Michelle Wright will work with organisations on a one-to-one basis, helping leadership teams and staff reflect on their internal culture and ways of doing things, and by so doing refresh their brand and status with external partners and the wider sector. It will inspire organisational leaders to seek out new income generating opportunities and partnerships with confidence, and will give staff new opportunities to re-connect with the organisation.

About the programme, Michelle Wright said:
“In 2017-18 we piloted the Culture Change programme working with five organisations all wanting to make leaps in their fundraising capabilities. The design of the programme which brings staff and Trustees together to make fast decisions has meant that many of these organsiations have been able to develop their fundraising capabilities and new programmes of work, as well as increasing the skills of the whole team ensuring that everyone is engaged in implementing good fundraising. We’re delighted to have the support of Arts Council England to extend the programme into 2018-22.”
