Year 3 Fellows – South East

The five Year 3 Cause4 fundraising Fellows and their host organisations in the South East were:

Jodie Marsden ProfileJodie Marsden was Fellow for Artswork.  Jodie helped to develop the organisation’s fundraising infrastructure and processes, strengthen its external communications and secure important new funding for organisational development.

Jodie is now Trusts Officer at Battersea Cats & Dogs Home.

Kathryn Worthington ProfileKathryn Worthington was Fellow for the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford.  Kathryn worked across the Development teams at the Museum and the University to help develop fundraising campaigns, steward donors and undertake data analysis & prospect research.

Kathryn is now Alumni Relationships and Database Officer at Mansfield College, Oxford.

Clare McCullagh ProfileClare McCullagh was Fellow for Canterbury Festival.  Clare helped to fundraise from, and develop new relationships with, local businesses, as well as refreshing the organisation’s approach to Trusts & Foundations.

Clare is now Development Assistant at Canterbury Festival.



Michaela Clayton ProfileMichaela Clayton was Fellow for People United.  Michaela helped to embed fundraising processes and communications across the organisation, managed the launch of the new Kindness Calendar and put plans in place for a fundraising marathon.

Michaela is now Trusts and Foundations Officer at Cardboard Citizens.


Christie JohnsonChristie Johnson was Fellow for Writers’ Centre Norwich. Christie raised funds from Trusts & Foundations and helped to develop new communications and fundraising strategies for the organisation, particularly for individual giving and digital campaigns.

Christie is now taking a travel break before she considers her future career options.
