I am a charity, can I get the concession ticket?

Concessions are available for Freelancers, Sector Partner Members* and Charities and Arts Organisations with an annual turnover of 500K or less.

 

Where can I add a discount code?

You can add the discount code on the first payment page – top right corner “Enter Promotional Code.” 

 

Can I pay via invoice?

Yes. When you select your ticket and go to checkout there is a dropdown section under Payment Method where you can select “Pay by Invoice” and complete the booking as normal. This will send an email to Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy who will raise an invoice for this booking and send to the email address provided on the booking form.

 

I can no longer make the training, can I get a refund?

If requested up to 14 days before the course date you can receive a full refund. Between 7-14 days, you can get 50% refund. After this date, we can then transfer your place onto any of our other courses.
