Delivered online by Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy, this interactive Train the Trainer course is designed for arts, culture and heritage professionals who want to lead workshops, facilitate learning, and deliver training with clarity and impact.

Whether you’re new to training or looking to sharpen your facilitation skills, this course is a great way to help you deliver effective training for your team or for an external audience.

Through practical exercises, peer learning and expert guidance, participants will gain hands-on experience in planning and delivering training that bolsters your audiences’ skills, confidence and knowledge.

Alongside access to this live course, you will receive follow-up resources and guidance from Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy, as well as access to our alumni network, offering first-hand insights of new opportunities and discounts on future courses.

This course will be delivered virtually via Zoom in two separate 3-hour sessions. The first of these will take place on Wednesday 9^th September 2026 from 10am to 1pm and the second will take place on Wednesday 16^th September 2026 from 10am to 1pm. It is necessary to attend both sessions to complete the full training.

Who is the trainer?

This course will be delivered by Michelle Wright, Founder and Chief Executive of Cause4, an award-winning social enterprise and B-Corporation specialising in fundraising, leadership development and innovation across the cultural and charitable sectors. With more than 20 years’ experience working with charities, arts organisations and public bodies, Michelle is a highly respected trainer, speaker and mentor known for her practical, engaging and empowering approach.

Michelle has supported hundreds of organisations and individuals to develop skills in fundraising, leadership and enterprise, and is passionate about building confidence and capability across the sector. As trainer for this course, she brings extensive experience in facilitation, coaching and professional development, helping participants become more confident, effective and impactful trainers themselves.
