Claire Bailey

Claire Bailey is the Development Officer at the Royal Albert Memorial Museum & Art Gallery (RAMM), in Exeter. The organisation is supported by an independent charity, the RAMM Development Trust, which the organisations fundraising activity flows through. Claire and her small team have developed and professionalised RAMM’s fundraising activity since 2019. Championing a more strategic approach with diversified income streams. Claire is looking forward to the Fellowship learning which will be used to improve RAMM’s fundraising offer further. Art and culture has been the foundational thread running through Claire’s education and career. She received a BA (Hons) from the University of Plymouth and completed a PGCE in post-compulsory education lecturing in art before moving into the museum sector.
