Katy Boulton

Katy is Head of Strategy and Operations at the BAFTA winning, disabled led company TripleC, working across the arts and screen sectors to support access and inclusion for deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent people. Katy’s background is in TV production, policy (she did a ‘poacher turned gamekeeper’ stint with regulator Ofcom), and music (she was previously Development Manager at ACE NPO Psappha and started her career as Education Officer at Welsh National Opera). Katy sings, enjoys cold water swimming, and is based in the Pennines.
