Lucy Ellis-Howell

Lucy is an arts professional with 25 years’ experience in the cultural sector. Starting her career in dance, Lucy has worked in multiple organisations as grassroots community artist, creative producer and company manager across dance, theatre and community arts. Fundraising has underpinned many of Lucy’s roles at the start of 2025 she moved into a sole fundraising role with The Music Works, an award winning youth charity based in Gloucestershire.
