Rosie Penny

Rosie Penny is the Development Manager for Misfits Music Foundation, a Birmingham-based charity dedicated to bringing people together through music to reduce loneliness, improve wellbeing, and strengthen communities. With a strong background in community arts and festival production, Rosie is deeply passionate about inclusion and the social impact of creative engagement. Championing accessibility in the sector, she also serves as a Director for Propel Dance, the UK’s first all-wheelchair professional dance company.
