Music and dance relate to key social determinants of health also reflecting on physical and mental health perspectives. The main objective of Hindu Nari Sangh is to offer well-being and health to its participants through dance mainly Bollywood and Bharatnatyam. Our vision is to enable each participants to achieve their creative potential. Bollywood dance is good for overall fitness and can be performed by participants preferably 5 years and older. It is a blend of expressions, melody and rhythm. There is no upper limit to learn. Similarly, Bharatanatyam is one of the Indian classical dance form. It makes the body and mind agile. Scientific studies have demonstrated classical dancing improves posture, stamina, flexibility of the body and mental alertness. Thus, overall dancing boosts blood circulation, pumps blood faster keeping you fit and healthy.
