- Sri Sarker – Sri is an arts consultant and coach who supports personal development as a catalyst for organisational shift. She builds relationships with arts leaders, individuals and organisations to support better understanding of self, systems and purpose.
- Will Harriss – Associate Director at Cause4, Will has over 18 years’ experience in leading fundraising programmes and individual giving campaigns across the arts.
- Emma Willder – Founder of Beyond Profit, Emma is a qualified accountant specialising in charity finance and governance. She brings extensive experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and supporting charities to build financial resilience, strengthen systems, and achieve sustainable growth.
- Rebecca Churcher-Soden – Associate Director at Cause4, Rebecca has extensive experience in developing strategic fundraising plans and capital campaigns for arts, culture and heritage organisations.
