Uplift Earned Income

Uplift Earned Income, a programme from AFP in partnership with the Association for Cultural Enterprises and Baker Richards, has returned for 2025. The programme will help organisations to advance their earned income strategy and approach income generation in new ways.

Funding streams for arts and culture organisations are under pressure like never before.  Whether an organisation is looking for new approaches to plug a funding gap or seeking to grow its earned income to match its future ambitions, Uplift Earned Income will help it to approach income generation in new ways.

Uplift Earned Income has been created for organisations which are keen to embrace entrepreneurship. Growing earned income can be an exciting opportunity, at the heart of your mission.

The cohort will continue their journey together through a series of online sessions, providing space to share progress, challenges and insights.

Participants will also receive a year’s access to the Cultural Enterprises Academy, which is packed with resources to support their learning and development long after the programme ends.
